Protesting parents and children called on rogue parkers to stopputting lives at risk.

A group of more than 20 lined up along double yellow lines outsideBucksburn Primary School in Aberdeen.

Holding up banners which included: "Save our Schoolchildren" and"No Parking", the youngsters chanted "Don't Park Here" .

The protest was organised at the Howes Road school, to stopparents parking on the double yellow lines.

The fact that a police station is nearby has had no effect. Mumand school board chairwoman Angela Dunn, 41, who organised theprotest, said: "I would like to think the people who saw usprotesting won't do it again."
