NSW: Coalition govt to halt sale of GM food crops
The New South Wales opposition wants the commercial release of genetically modifiedfood crops in in the state to be suspended until at least 2007.
New South Wales National Party leader GEORGE SOURIS has announced the policy of a moratoriumon GM food crops in response to concerns by farmers and consumer resistance.
