NSW: Casino staff locked out on the Gold Coast
A spokeswoman for Queensland's Gold Coast Jupiters Casino has confirmed a lock-out
of some table games staff.
She says the company accepts staff rights to hold a visual protest in their bid to
get a individual enterprise agreement for table staff.
However, she says some staff have taken the protest too far.
She says some workers wore as many as 30 badges, some the size of dinner plates, and
this presented security problems and offended some patrons.
