Vic: Former detective refused bail=2
DALE put his hands over his face and bowed his head amid cries of "No, No," and "Oh
my God" from his family seated in the public gallery.
Earlier Justice BYRNE rejected suggestions by DALE'S lawyers that the prosecution case
is weak .. but agreed the conditions he's being housed under are onerous.
DALE's been in custody since February and is not expected to face trial until late
2010 or early 2011.
Police allege he wanted HODSON murdered because he planned to given evidence against
DALE in a court case.
A pre-trial committal hearing is set for March.
